Madison Clark joined the McKinney Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) in December 2015 as the Economic Development Coordinator. Her primary roles are to provide research, analysis, report compilations, support marketing initiatives, help maintain executive staff calendars and implement special projects as needed from initial concept to completion. In addition, Madison creates, maintains and fosters relationships with key collaborators within the community.
Madison came to the MEDC from the City of Farmers Branch Economic Development and Tourism Department where she spent three years as an administrative assistant serving the Managing Director and Economic Development Manager. Her previous experience includes contract management, coordinating business travel, generating reports, researching and submitting RFPs and supporting three Economic Development-related boards.
Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. Additionally, she has completed the Basic Economic Development Course, providing a solid foundation for entry-level economic development practitioners. Madison now resides in the community with her husband and newborn daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active.
