The McKinney Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) announced they have offered a job creation incentive to Cotiviti, a healthcare payments analytics firm, to bring more than 120 new jobs to McKinney within the next three years.
Atlanta-based Cotiviti has located one of their regional offices in more than 41,000 square feet of office space at the McKinney Corporate Center at Craig Ranch. The company currently has approximately 150 employees who relocated to the McKinney regional office, but the incentive agreement covers only the additional 120 new jobs.
“We are really pleased with our new location at Craig Ranch in McKinney,” said Mike Kasmin, Director of Facilities for Cotiviti. “We were fortunate to find a sublease that provided the modern office environment that we were planning to create for our employees.”
Cotiviti said they considered the needs of their employees, the economics of the incentive agreement and the space needs of the business when choosing a final location for their regional office.
“Even though McKinney is routinely one of the country’s fastest growing communities, we have room to grow,” said Jason Burress, MEDC Chairman. “We are aggressively seeking out and incentivizing new quality development as we continue to add to the growing economic landscape of our booming community.”
